声速法在检测乳化液浓度中的应用

摘要 分析了乳化液浓度检测技术的发展状况。针对冷轧生产,提出采用超声波声速法检测乳化液浓度技术可行,在此基础上,对武钢冷轧乳化液进行了实验应用研究。 The development in emulsion concentration inspection technique is analyzed and the possibility of the ultrasound velocity technique in measurement of emulsion concentration in cold-rolling production is put forward, based on which, the experimental results from WISCO are studied in this paper.
