摘要
论述了武钢推进"三个转变"中从组织层面要着重解决的问题,从加强"服务型"党组织建设、强化基层党建工作责任制、探索完善分层分类党建工作管理体系三个层面探讨了武钢"三个转变"过程中党建创新的取向,提出了"三个转变"过程中人才开发创新的思路与措施。
Key problems to be solved from the organization level in WISCO "Three Transformations" process are elaborated. Innovation orientation of the Party construction in WISCO "Three Transformations" process is investigated from three respects of reinforcement of construction of "service-oriented" Party organizations, consolidation system of responsibility for work in Party construction in primary level, and perfection of Party construction management system of different levels and categories. Ideas and meas ures of innovation in personal development in the process of three transformations are also put forward.
