摘要
利用Al(OH)3 、FeCl3 、MgCl2 、HCl 研制出了一种新型复合絮凝剂铁镁铝聚合物( 简称FMA) ,研究了该絮凝剂对硅藻土模拟水样的絮凝性能及pH 值对絮凝效果的影响,并与聚合氯化铝( 简称PAC) 作了比较.结果表明:FMA 压缩双电层和降低ζ电位的能力强,絮凝效果、絮体沉降性能远优于PAC,且在pH 为5 .5 ~9 .0 时絮凝效果最佳.此外,还将FMA 应用于造纸废水及采油污水的处理中,使造纸中的油毡原纸废水处理后能达到排放或回用标准。
Using Al(OH) 3,FeCl, MgCl 2, and HCl, a complex flocculant is prepared. Studied are the flocculent properties of FMA on experimental water sample of diatomite and pH value. The results show the presence of double electric deck and decreasing ζ potential. The performance of floccule is the best in pH of 5.5~9.0 and it is superior to that of PAC. It is applied to treat papermaking and oil recovery wastewater such that the standard water quality is received.
