摘要
"边疆社会问题"是特指出现在边疆地区尤其是边境沿线地带的各种社会问题,并具有区别于一般社会问题的一系列个性特征。民族特性是边疆社会问题的突出特征之一。在边疆社会快速转型的背景下,从边疆社会问题指涉的地域空间、关联主体、社会结构、危害性质以及话语建构五个层面阐述其民族特性的内涵,是认识、治理边疆社会问题的一个新视阈,具有理论与实践的双重意义。
＂Border Social Problem＂ is the social problem emerged in the border areas,especially all kinds of social phenomena along the border line,and has a series of typical characteristics different from common social problems,as a result,the characters of nationalities are one of projecting features in border social problems.Under the background of rapid transition of border society,the connotation of nationality character is expounded from such five sociological perspectives as regional space,related subjects,social structure,hazard properties and discourse construction,which is a new field to recognize and deal with social problems of the border areas and which has double significances in theory and practice.
