摘要
利用有限元软件HyperMesh对某轿车白车身几何模型进行修正,并对其进行了网格划分。将模型后悬架支撑点固定在加载装置上,约束后悬架支撑点的6个自由度,通过加力装置在车身前悬架支撑点处施加扭矩,进行整车扭转刚度和洞口变形分析,并根据分析结果对白车身结构提出了改进建议,对车身结构设计具有一定的指导意义。
Geometric model of a car white-body is modified and meshed by making use of the software HyperMesh and gridded. The model back hanging frame underprops are fixed on the loading device which restricts the six free degrees of the back hanging frame underprops. The torsional force is put on car white-body front hanging frame underprops by the loading device and then the torsional stiffness and deformation of the hole are analyzed. Improvement advice on car white-body is put forward advice has some active significance to car body structure design.
