摘要
研究了三种不同灵芝菌在平板培养和液态培养时的耐锌特性，从中选出一株较耐锌的韩芝菌种，对影响韩芝液态培养畜辞的影响因素进行了探讨。当培养基初始pH5．5，装液量为125ml/250ml三角瓶，培养时间13天，辞官集率最高达到40．1％。
The tolerance to Zinc in three Gantheram Lucidum strains is studied in this paper. AC. Lucidum strain is choosen to submeorged fermentation to enrich with Zinc, while pH5. 5, 125ml medium/50ml. cultured 13d, the Zn - accumulating rate is 40. 1 %.
