摘要 快速而正确的战略决策是新竞争环境下企业高层管理团队的一项重要战略技能。在文献研究的基础上,采用定性研究方法对10个公司的10名高层管理人员的访谈材料进行编码分析,研究的结果表明,在基于时间竞争背景下企业高管团队战略决策过程涉及四个关键问题:高管团队的结构、团队行为整合、团队领导的决策风格和高管团队的战略决策机制。在此基础上,构建了基于时间竞争背景的企业高管团队战略决策过程概念模型。该模型将为探索高管团队战略决策过程的实证研究提供理论依据。 The fast and correct strategic decision-making is an important strategic skill of the top management team in new competition environment.Based on the literature study,we used the qualitative research methods to code analysis of interview materials from 10 top management executives in 10 companies.According to the results of the study,strategic decision-making process of top management team involve in the four key issues towards time-based competition.They are the structure of top management team,team behavior integrated,decision-making style of team leader and strategy decision-making mechanism of team.On this basis,we constructed the conceptual model of strategic decision-making process of top management team towards time-based competition.The model provides a theoretical basis for empirical research to explore the strategic decision-making process of top management team.
