原发性高血压患者血清肾上腺髓质素2水平及其相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清肾上腺髓质素2(ADM2)水平与原发性高血压患者血压、血脂、肥胖、肾脏损伤等因素的相关性。方法根据高血压诊断标准,选取原发性高血压患者65例为观察组,健康体检者58例为健康对照组,测量血压、身高、体质量、腰围、臀围,抽取空腹静脉血测定总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血肌酐,计算肾小球滤过率。结果 (1)观察组血清ADM2水平明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01);(2)血清ADM2水平与收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、血肌酐呈显著负相关,与肾小球滤过率呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r值分别为-0.648,-0.622,-0.734,-0.883,-0.637,0.651,P<0.05或<0.01);(3)收缩压、舒张压、低密度脂蛋白和肾小球滤过率是影响血清ADM2水平的独立危险因素(t值分别为-5.237,-7.126,-5.625,5.710,P值均<0.01)。结论高血压患者血清ADM2水平与血压、血脂及靶器官损伤存在相关性。
