中板厂50mm Q390D-Z15厚板的开发

摘要 通过热模拟试验,对Q390D-Z15钢的再结晶行为进行了研究。结合现场试验,制定了220mm厚连铸坯轧制50mm Q390D-Z15钢板的生产工艺。实践表明,利用该工艺在中板厂现有装备条件下可以生产出屈服强度395~425MPa,抗拉强度550~580MPa,延伸率28%~30%,-20℃冲击功不低于100J的50mm厚Q390D-Z15钢板。 The static recrystallization behavior of Q390D-Z15 steel was investigated by hot simulating tests. The controlled rolling and cooling technology of producing 50 mm Q390D-Z15 heavy plate with 220 mm continuous casting billet was established. The result shows it is possible for Medium Plate Plant to produce 50 mm Q390D-Z15 heavy plate, whose performance is: yield strength 395~425 MPa, tensile strength 550~580 MPa, elongation 28%~30%, average charpy impact energy at -20 ℃≥100 J.
