摘要
根据连铸坯所产生的缺陷,提出用直探头接触法检测内部缺陷,并用声压脉冲公式对缺陷进行定量,用双晶探头检测近表面缺陷,用试块对比法确定缺陷大小。把所得结果与低倍式样进行比较来确定连铸坯质量。
Based on the defects of continuous casting billet, the straight probe is proposed to detect the internal defects and the formula of sound pressure pulses is used as the quantification for the defect, double-crystal straight probe to defect the subsurface defect. With the test block contrasting method, the size of defects can be determined. Compared the results with low magnification, the quality of billet can be known.
