摘要
分析常用剪切机剪切力计算公式,以及剪切力与钢种抗拉强度、剪切角、钢板厚度等的关系;并利用剪切力计算公式,计算出在剪切力一定的情况下,剪切机针对各个钢种钢板的最大剪切厚度,从而得到合理有效的生产建议。
By analyzing the formula of shearing force of common shearing machine and the relation between shearing force and steel grades tensile strength, cutting angle, steel plate thickness and so on. With the formula of shearing force, the maximum shearing thickness is calculated at the same time according to steel grades, from which reasonable suggestions can be made.
