摘要
轴承钢内部组织缺陷是形成微裂纹的主要原因,除常见的显微孔隙、带状、网状等缺陷外,碳化物液析也是一种缺陷,它会破坏轴承钢基体的连续性与致密性。本文结合工作实际,探讨了钢中液析的特征和形成机理,提出了预防及消除液析的措施。
Internal defect of bearing steel is the main cause forming micro-cracks. Besides the defects of micro-hole, banded and net carbides, the carbide liquation is also a defect, which can destroy the continuity and compaction of bearing steel. The paper discusses the characteristics and mechanism of liquation in the bearing steel and puts forward to some measures to prevent and eliminate the liquation.
