摘要
通过聚丙烯酰胺干燥器振动的理论分析以及振动加速度的实际测量,提出只有从干燥器的设计出发才能改善物料流化状态,从而通过调节热风的温度、压力来降低干燥器热能耗。
Through the theoretical analysis and acceleration measurements ofa polyacrylamide (PAM) dryer, we found that to reduce the thermal energy consumption, one can improve the material flow of state and modify the hot air temperature and pressure based on design of the dryer.
