H_2S介质中常用钢材焊接处腐蚀的研究 被引量:2

摘要 着重研究在H2S介质中316L、16MnR、20^#钢三种常用材质焊接部位的应力腐蚀及应力腐蚀过程中的电化学行为。通过应力腐蚀试验方法,对上述三种材质在H。s介质中的应力腐蚀开裂的敏感性进行评定,同时测定其在H2S介质中发生的电位变化。为选用适于H2S介质的抗应力腐蚀容器材质提供依据,也为采用电化学方法提高H2S介质中材质的抗应力、腐蚀性能提供依据。 In this article, the study on stress corrosion and electrochemistry behaviors of 316L stainless steel, 16MnR and 20^# steel in H2S environment was carried out. The sensitivity of stress corrosion cracking of the above mentioned materials was assessed in stress corrosion test, at the same time the potential difference in H2S environment is measured. This test provides the basis for material selection of anti-stress-corrosion vessels and the basis for improving material anti-stress-corrosion property.
