摘要
对澄合矿区东西区5#煤样进行了自燃程序升温实验。通过实验确定该矿区东西部5#主采煤层煤样的临界温度、裂化温度以及CO,CH4气体浓度与温度关系等自燃特性参数,并进一步分析了两区耗氧速度、C2H6,C2H4等气体的变化规律,对澄合矿区东西区5#煤的煤自燃规律做出了初步的探讨。研究结论对该矿区煤自燃预测预报工作有重要的指导意义。
This paper analyzed the temperature programmed test about spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal sample 5# from east and west of Chenghe Mining area. It confirms the limit parameters such as critical temperature ; cracking temperature and the concentration change of CO, CH4 , etc. Furthermore, the oxygen consumption velocity and the change law of C1H6 ,C2H4 are determined. According to the experimental results, the law of spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal sample 5# is primarily discussed and it can guide the forecast work in this mining area.
