摘要
为提高项目管理效率,解决项目工期拖延、成本增加的问题,基于现场调研和编码分析方法,构建了施工现场影响项目进度的评价指标体系。指标包括施工现场中所涉及人、材、机、环境和管理系统5个维度共44个评价指标。采取模糊综合评价的方法对其进行评价,在求解的过程中运用灰色关联分析方法来确定指标的权重。通过对现场项目进度管理进行科学合理地评价,明确项目自身在进度管理方面具备的优势和不足,为制定合理的策略,加强项目的进度管理提供理论依据。
To promote better management of the project, to solve the problems of project delay and increasing cost, index evaluation system of the schedule in construction site is established based on the analysis of on-site investigation and coding methods from the perspective of the construction site. 5 levels and 44 dimensions is included on the aspects of people, material, machine, environment and management system involved in the construction site. During the process, the index weight is determined by the method of gray relational analysis with a strong credibility. In order to make it clear of the strengths and weaknesses in schedule management of the project through the scientific evaluations of schedule management, enact reasonable strategies to enhance the management of project schedule made by department of project management.
