摘要
利用湖南省水旱的灾情统计资料，分析了山丘区洪、旱灾害的时空分布规律及其对农业生产的影响，探讨了灾情形成机制。
Based on the disaster statistics data of Hunan Province,the article analyses the distribution of flood and drought disasters in mountain and hillyland areas of Hunan Province,their influence on agriculture,and the causes of their formation.And then the article puts forward some proposals for preventing disaster and lightening losses.
