摘要
为保证通风系统的安全稳定,通过对现有自动风门在井下运行情况的深入研究,设计了基于PLC的ZMK-127型控制器和受力均衡的门体结构.该风门以井下压气作为动力源,采用可调导轨技术设计门框结构,根据通风负压与门体自重的力学结构原理设计其滑轮系统,同时具有防夹功能.风门控制器为隔爆兼本安型,目前已通过煤安认证和防爆检验.通过在龙东煤矿的应用,证实该自动风门运行可靠、开关灵敏、漏风小,在反风演习中起到了良好的远程监控功能.
To ensure the security and stability of ventilation systems,the ZMK-127 type controller,which is based on PLC,and door structure of uniformly forced were designed,trough the deeply study of the underground operation condition for the existing automatic wind gate.The wind gate was used the down hole pressure as power source,and was used adjustable guide technology to design doorframe structure,was designed the pulley system according to negative pressure ventilation and the mechanical structure principles of door deadweight,simulataneously,is of the anti-trap function.The door controller was flameproof and intrinsically safe,and at present passed MA certification and explosion protection test.Trough the application of Longdong coal mine,it proves that the antomatic wind gate has the advantage of run reliable,switch sensitive and small leakage,and has played good remote monitoring function in reverse ventilation maneuver.
