关于推进新疆高等职业教育校企深度合作的思考

Thinking about Promoting Further Cooperation between Schools and Enterprises in Xinjiang Higher Vocational Education

高职教育必须走"就业导向、校企合作"的人才培养之路。校企深度合作要求高职院校和企业全方位地进行合作。在分析了校企深度合作实质内涵的基础上,结合新疆高职院校校企合作的实际状况,对新疆高职教育如何推进校企深度合作进行了探讨。

Higher Vocational Education must go along the talent training path of ＂employment orientation, cooperation between school and enterprise＂ The further cooperation between schools and enterprises needs the omni bearing cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. This paper bases on analyzing the essential connotation of the further cooperation, and combines with the actual situation of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in Xinjiang, there are also discussions on how to promote the further Cooperation.
