塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县地处祖国西部边陲,具有地理位置特殊、资源优势凸现、历史文化悠久、生态优势独特、发展意识强烈等有利条件;与此同时,也要注意到传统文化观念的影响、教育发展较为落后、生态环境十分恶劣等阻碍经济发展的因素。因此,文章强调从塔县自身发展与落实中央新疆工作会议精神两个维度相结合,全力以赴配合做好新一轮援塔各项工作,努力实现塔什库尔干县跨越式发展、民生显著改善和社会长治久安的目标。

Taxkorgan locates at the western part of China, and it has special position, the advantage of resources, long history and culture, unique ecology and the developing awareness. At the same time, we should pay more attention to the elements of traditional cultural ideal, the drawback of education, terrible ecological environment. Therefore, this article emphasizes on the connection between the development of Takorgan itself and implanting the spirit of Cnetral Xinjiang Conference. So that it will enhance the next step of assitance, realize the crossing development of Taxkorgan County, improve the people＂ living conditions and reach the target of stability.
