高效液相色谱法测定小儿肺热平胶囊中黄芩苷含量

Determination of Baicalin in Children Feireping Capsule by HPLC

目的建立测定小儿肺热平胶囊中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(46∶54∶1),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为274 nm,柱温为20℃。结果黄芩苷进样量线性范围为0.100 2～0.500 8μg,样品平均回收率为101.45%,RSD为1.28%(n=6)。结论该法简便可靠、专属性强,可用于小儿肺热平胶囊的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in children Feireping Capsule.Methods The samples were separated on the Zorbax SB-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid（46 ∶54 ∶1） and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm,with column temperature at 20 ℃.Results The sample size of baicalin reference substance showed the linear range of 0.100 2-0.500 8 μg.The average recovery rate of the sample was 101.45%,RSD=1.28%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple and reliable with high specificity,which can be used for the quality control of Children Feireping Capsule.
