浅谈窗口药师与小儿安全合理用药

目的提高儿童合理用药水平,促进儿童健康成长。方法规范窗口药师处方审核工作,干预临床不合理医嘱。结果与结论窗口药师及时补充或修正医嘱中的疏漏或不当,可避免或减少药物的毒副作用和潜在不良反应,最大限度发挥药物疗效,减少不合理用药。
