通过对贫困性农户金融供给现状进行简要分析,揭示了在市场机制主导下,农村正规金融市场与非正规金融市场对于贫困性农户的资金支持都是不足的,也就是说,农村金融市场对于贫困性农户存在市场失灵现象。政府应对金融市场进行干预。

This paper makes a brief analysis of this financial supply to the poor farmers,it reveals the phenomenon that rural formal and informal financial markets not offering enough funds to them in the market-driven mechanism,owing to the rural financial repression,pursuit of interests of rural financial institutions and high risk of agriculture which result in the market failure.So the paper proposes some targeted suggestions from the government point of view.
