摘要
大连老虎滩海洋公园是坐落在大连南部海滨中部的国家级风景名胜区,每年接待海内外游客200多万人次,是中国旅游知名品牌。通过对大连老虎滩海洋公园的游客满意度的调查,提出游客满意度的提升对策,对旅游景区企业研究游客满意度经营战略,了解游客的需求和期望,提高景区的科学管理水平和综合竞争力都具有十分重要的意义。
Dalian Laohutan Ocean Park is the national scenic resort which is located in the midst of the southern shore of Dalian.It is the leading attraction in China tourism,for its annual tourist receipts from all over the world reach over 2,000,000.This paper discusses the investigation on degree of tourist satisfaction and the follow-up strategy to win higher tourist satisfaction.It is essential for the operation of tourist service providers in the understanding of tourists' demand and expectation to increase the level of scientific management in tourism and comprehensive competition.
