摘要
贵州县域旅游发展迅猛,旅游人才需求大。在调查县域旅游人才需求的基础上,构建了旅游人才能力体系,并就贵州高职高专院校培养适应贵州县域旅游经济发展的旅游人才提出了全新的培养模式。
Guizhou county tourism development rapidly,tourism talents demand is big.In the survey county tourism talents based on the needs of the Guizhou province,this paper and give some suggestion on how to make a new higher vocational colleges training mode.
