摘要 近年来,中国大部分区域电网建立了广域监测系统(WAMS),可以满足多方共享同步相量测量单元(PMU)数据的需求,PMU装置的测试与评估已成为亟待解决的难题.建立了PMU装置测试与评估综合系统,包括:测试平台、测试方法和评价体系;提出专门的静态和动态性能测试方法和测试程序;介绍PMU环境适应性测试平台、电磁兼容性能测试平台和性能测试平台;并详细地描述PMU评价方法,给出基于该测试平台的测试实例. In the recent years,Wide area monitoring system(WAMS) and wide area monitoring analysis protection-control(WAMAP) have been developed quickly in China.Synchronized phasor measurement units(PMU) has greatly used in China power system.In order to satisfy the requirement of multi-sharing the data from PMU,the WAMS has been established in regional power grids.How to test and evaluate the performance of PMU becomes an important subject.A testing and evaluation integration system(including testing platform,testing method,and performance evaluation system) is built in this paper.A specialized static dynamic performance testing method and procedure are presented.The PMU environment adaptability tester,electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) tester and performance test system are introduced.And the evaluation method for PMU is described in detail.The site testing results show that the testing and evaluation(TE) integration system is accurate and reliable,which can be easily used in real power system.To verify the testing method and evaluation method,a testing instance for practice PMU device is also given.
