摘要
目的提高骨科老年患者的护理质量,减少并发症。方法总结分析362例骨科老年患者术后的护理经验。结果本组患者除2例有并发症外,其余均无并发症发生。结论周到细致地做好老年患者术后的生活护理,满足其心理和生理上的需要,能使其树立战胜疾病的信心,积极配合治疗和护理,早日恢复健康。
Objective To increase quality of nursing care for senile orthopedics patients and reduce complications.Methods Data about 362 cases who accepted orthopaedic surgery between May.2002 and Dec.2010 were analyzed.Results All the 362 patients had no complications except for 2 patients.Conclusion Careful life nursing after surgery can meet the senile patients body and mind demand and help them establish the confidence of overcoming the disease,thus making them actively accept treatment and nursing and get well as soon as possible.
