摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在肾损伤患者治疗中的作用。方法对收治的肾损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组58例患者经全面护理干预均痊愈出院,无死亡病例。结论对肾损伤的患者采用综合护理干预是降低失肾率和各种并发症和后遗症发生的关键。
Objective To explore the role of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of renal injury.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of renal injury treated between Jan.2007 and Dec.2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results After comprehensive nursing,all of the 58 cases recovered from their injury and no patient died.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with kidney injury is the key to decrease the loss rate of the kidney,various complications and other sequelae.
