摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术后并发症观察与护理要点。方法对住院的98例腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术后患者提供规范化的并发症观察和护理,减轻腹部疼痛,预防高碳酸血症,观察腹腔出血,注意脏器损伤,尽早处理腹壁血管损伤。结果所有患者术后无严重并发症发生,均康复出院。结论对腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术后患者提供规范化并发症观察和护理措施,可缩短术后恢复时间,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore laparoscope-assisted vaginal hysterectomy observation and nursing of postoperative complications.Methods Ninety-eight patients in our hospital with laparoscope-assisted vaginal hysterectomy were provided with standardized complication observation and nursing to reduce abdominal pain,prevent hypercapnia,observe peritoneal hemorrhage and organ damage and have early treatment of abdominal wall vascular injury.Results All patients were discharged without any serious complications.Conclusion Providing standardized complication observation and nursing for patients with laparoscope-assisted vaginal hysterectomy can shorten recovery time and reduce postoperative complications.
