摘要
现代控制领域常常需要进行数据采集,在高精度的数据采集系统中,A/D转换是一个十分重要的环节。文章对电压-频率转换进行了理论分析,简要介绍了电压频率转换器件AD652,给出了基于AD652的高精度数据采集系统的原理框图和部分电路图。经实验验证和测试表明,基于AD652的数据采集系统因精度高、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强和应用灵活,具有一定的工程实用价值。
Modern control areas often involves data collection,in high precision of data acquisition system,A/D conversion is a very important part.After the voltage-frequency conversion theory analysis,this paper briefly introduce the voltage frequency conversion device AD652,and show the functional block diagram and some of circuit diagram of the high precision data acquisition system.The experiment and testing show that the data acquisition system based on AD652 have many advantages,such as high accuracy,good stability,strong anti-jamming capability,flexible application,so this data acquisition system based on AD652 has certain practical value.
