摘要
培养方案是一所学校办学特色、办学理念的集中体现,反映了时代和经济社会发展的要求,其实践效果直接影响了学校的人才培养质量。在近几年培养方案修订过程中,进行了大量的调研、设计、研究与思考,本文着重论述了培养方案设计的基本要素、思路及组织实施情况,为同类本科专业培养方案的修订提供参考。
The training program not only reflects educational characteristics and philosophy but also reflects the requirements of economic and social development,the practice of which is an important guarantee for the quality of teaching.We have carried on lots of investigation,design and research in the process of recent revision about training program.This paper proposes the basic elements,preliminary sketch and implementation,which offers valuable references for the revision of training program for undergraduates.
