摘要 高职教学改革的学生顶岗实习环节,特别是在专业技能顶岗实习过程中会遇到很多问题。如何解决这些问题,是高职院校当前实施校企合作、工学结合教学改革能否顺利进行的关键之一。通过"企业托管""校中厂""厂中校""企业四定"等校企合作模式探索与实践,使学生专业技能顶岗实习收到了较好的效果。与企业合作,关键抓住校企"共赢"为切入点,选好恰当的模式,就能很大程度上解决专业技能顶岗实习在实施上所遇到的问题。 This paper firstly lists many problems which colleges implement the post practice for improving students' professional skills during higher education reform,then points out that it is the key to success of the teaching reform for solving these problems,when colleges carry out the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise and combining learning with working.At the same time,emphasizes that breakthrough point of cooperation between school and enterprise is the "win-win".Finally,puts forward several modes of cooperation between school and enterprise,such as authorizing enterprise to supervise students,setting up factory in schools for training students,teaching courses in the enterprise,and making the enterprise offering the students full time positions to improve professional skills.
