A Cost Model Based on Customer's Reliability Requirement and the Effect of Software Failure

摘要 目前现有的论文大都要求在达到用户要求的可靠性的基础上来讨论如何使软件的总成本最小,没有综合考虑软件最终释放时的可靠性的高低对整个软件开发费用的影响以及软件交付之后失效带来的影响。基于此,文中重点讨论了基于用户可靠度要求并考虑软件失效影响的软件最优发布时间问题,提出了一个新的软件费用结构模型。该模型不仅考虑了测试和运行期间的费用和软件测试的人力成本,还考虑了用户对可靠度的要求以及软件在发布之后可能失效而导致的风险赔偿费用以及软件开发商要为用户提供一定的质量保证期,并在此基础上研究了软件的最优发布时间,得出了一些重要结论,并进行了严密的数学推导,最后使用经验数据对该费用模型进行了例证,比传统的费用模型更加贴合实际。 Most of the papers discuss the minimum cost problem on condition that the reliability of the software has measured up to customers' requirements without taking the effect to the total cost caused by the reliability when released and the failure after released to the customers into account.Therefore it researches this problem in detail.Present a new software cost model to analyze the optimum software release time.It not only takes the basic testing expenditure,the cost during the run phase and human resource cost into account,but also the customer's reliability requirements and the risk charge due to the software failure.And then analyze the optimun release time and get some useful and practical conclusions.And rigorous mathematical justification is given and use a group of experienced data to illustrate this more practical model.
