校企合作教育运行机制的构建及效果分析——以物业管理专业为例

Construction and Effect of Operational Mechanism of School-enterprise Cooperation——Take Property Management as an Example

为了强化对学生职业综合素质的培养,根据物业管理专业人才培养的特点和要求,充分发挥学校和企业的各自优势,构建了校企合作教育运行机制。其中校内教学运行机制主要包括聘请企业专家来校举办专题讲座和讲授专业课程,校外教学运行机制主要包括现场教学、专题实习和毕业综合实践等。实践表明,校企合作教育运行机制的构建,对提高物业管理专业学生的职业综合素质具有良好效果,同时也使学校、企业和社会多方受益。

In order to strengthen the overall quality of vocational training students,according to property management major characteristics and requirements,give full play to their advantages of schools and businesses to build the operational mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation.Operating mechanism which includes teaching in schools to hire experts to business school lectures and teach courses,teaching outside operating mechanism including on-site teaching,thematic integrated practice and other practice and graduation.Practice showed that the construction of operational mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,had good effect in improving property management students＇ overall quality,and was good for schools,enterprises and society.
