用落针粘度计研究液体粘度与温度的关系 被引量:7

摘要 变温式落针粘度计是在智能型落针粘度计的基础上研制出来的,用以研究液体的粘度随温度的变化关系.该仪器操作简便,可直接读出温度值及对应的粘度值.用它研究了蓖麻油粘度与温度的关系。 The temperature changing falling needle viscometer(TCFNV) was developed from the normal falling needle viscometer(FNV).This new type of viscometer contains five parts: container, falling needle, Hall sensor, single board computer timer and temperature control system. The temperature can be controlled by the temperature control system and at a certain temperature; by using the Sing Boary Computer timer, we record the time at which top and bottom of falling needle pass through the Hall sensor. Then the viscosity of the experimental fluid can be calculated. It is easy to operate; temperatures and corresponding viscosities can be read directly. Researches on the relation between fluid viscosities and temperature can be carried out on this apparatus. Investigation was carried out on castor oil and an after analyzing the measured data, we got an empirical formula. The viscosities measured by the TCFNV agreed with those in physics handbook within 2% error. Experimental results show that this new type of viscometer is very easy to handle and has sufficient precision.
