摘要
情绪劳动是依据组织要求的展示原则,通过表情向顾客传达信息,以达到影响对方的行为、态度和情绪等的一种行为过程。情绪劳动对个人和组织的绩效有重要影响,不恰当的情绪劳动会影响员工的身心健康、工作满意度等,进而影响个人绩效和组织绩效。
The Emotional labor is the demonstration principle that the organizations requests.It is one behavior process which transmits the information through the expression to the customer,in order to affect the other behavior,attitudes and emotions and so on.Emotional labor on the performance of individuals and organizations has a major impact and inappropriate emotional labor will affect the employees' physical and mental health,job satisfaction,and thereby affecting the individual performance and organizational performance.
