摘要 非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是一种无过量饮酒史致肝实质细胞脂肪变性和脂肪贮积、炎症和纤维化为特征的疾病,与肥胖、高脂血症的发生密切相关[1]。
