微波辅助合成超支化聚酯的动力学 被引量:1

Kinetics of formation of hyperbranched polyesters by microwave-assisted polymerization

摘要 在微波辅助下合成了以三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇或甘油为核,以二羟甲基丙酸为支化单元的一系列超支化聚酯.采用FT-IR和1H NMR表征所得聚合物结构,通过测定不同时间聚合体系的酸值,得到不同时间的羧基转化率,并以此研究超支化聚酯的微波合成动力学特征. A series hyperbranched polyesters were synthesized under microwave irradiation using 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid as repeating unit and 2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol,pentaerythritol or glycerol as core moiety.The hyperbranched polyesters were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR.The conversion of carboxyl group at different time was calculated by titration of the acid number,then the kinetics of formation of hyperbranched polyesters based on various of core moieties were studied though the conversion of carboxyl group.
