浊点萃取—同步荧光法测定水中苯并[a]芘 被引量:6

摘要 选用非离子表面活性剂TritonX-114,采用浊点萃取一同步荧光法对水中苯并[a]芘的萃取效率和影响因素进行研究。结果表明:TritonX-114对苯并[a]芘的萃取效率与其自身浓度和苯并[f1]芘的初始浓度密切有关,受萃取时间、溶液pH、离心时间和离心速度的影响不大。该方法的线性范围为0—0.11mg/L,检出限为0.03μg/L,RSD为3.42%,水样加标回收率为95.8%~102%。 This article makes a study on the preconcentration and determination of Benzo [ a] pyrene by CPE and constant-wavelength synchronous fluorescence spectrometry respectively. The extraction efficiency is especially influenced by the surfactant concentration of Triton X-114 and innial concentration of benzo[a]pyrene. With the surfactant concentration increasing, the efficiency elevates and then decreases. It is negative correlation with innial benzo[ a ] pyrene concentration. The linear range is 0 - 0.1 mg/L, the detection limits is 0. 03μg/L, RSD of standard solution is 3.42% and the spiked re- covery of water samples is from 95.8% to 102%.
