摘要
以钛酸丁酯(TNB)为前躯体,用溶胶-凝胶法和水热法制备掺杂Cu^2+纳米粉体和纳米管。应用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、热重及热差(TG/DTG/DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对纳米粉体和纳米管的结构、形态及组成进行分析对比。结果表明TiO2纳米管的光催化性能优于其粉体。
Cu^2+- deped nanotube and nanometer power were synthesized from former body of butyl titanate through sol-gel method and hydrothermal. The obtained products were characterized by XRD, TD/DTG/DSC and SEM to reveal the structures, micrograph morphology and composition of nanotube and nanometer power. It was shown that TiO2-nanotube has better photocatalytic performance than TiO2-nanometer power.
