摘要
乒乓球健身运动有益于身体健康、心理健康和增强人的社会适应性,增强科学的健身观念,有效的健身指导意见,运用合理的健身方法是非常重要。为此,文章通过文献资料法分析了乒乓球运动实际中所存在的问题,并提出一些合理化建议,仅供参考。
The fitness of table tennis is good for health and psychological health. It can also enhance people's social adaptability and scientific fit idea. Effective guide suggestion and proper fit method are very important. The paper analyzes the problems in the sports of table tennis and puts forward some rationalization suggestions by literature.
