摘要
目的分析65例神经外科意识障碍病人躁动原因及采取的对策。方法按照病人入院时间编号,GCS评分评定意识障碍,查找原因,分析危害,观察解决效果。结果 65例病人分别采取医疗手段和护理手段,消除或减轻因不同躁动原因所致的危害。结论对于意识障碍病人而言,准确判断其躁动原因,积极采取预防措施,对于保证病人安全、避免医疗纠纷、促进病人康复至关重要。
Objective To analyze dysphonia causes from 65 examples of neurosurgery consciousness barrier patients and determine to adopt countermeasures.Methods Number in the order of time according to the patients inhospitalized,evalue the consciousness barrier on GCS grading evaluation,get the causes,analyze the harmness,observe the effects from solution.Results Take the medical and nursing measures for the65example patients separately to eliminate or reduce damages resulted form different dysphonia.Conclusion It is vey important to make certain the causes of dysphonia precisely,take the preventive measures positively for assuring the patients,safety,avoiding the medical disputes and promoting the patients,health.
