米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者临床资料,依据临床治疗方式不同分为观察组(米非司酮治疗组)和对照组(长效促性腺激素释放激素治疗组)。结果观察组治疗后月经期、月经量、血红蛋白、子宫体积、肌瘤体积变化均明显优于对照组,观察组闭经、月经稀少、痛经、尿频、排尿困难发生率明显优于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效明显,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。
