摘要
根据对传统电能质量采集装置的分析和研究,文中提出了基于CAN总线的电能质量监测及数据存储系统的设计方案。该装置主要针对数据的大量和可靠性传输,设计了一种基于CAN总线的快速数据传输平台,有效地实现了基站与上位机系统之间的数据通信;同时利用U盘读写模块,使装置外扩了大容量移动硬盘,实现了数据的海量存储。另外,给出了数据采集、锁相倍频、数据通信等模块电路。测试表明,各项指标达到设计要求,方案有效可行。
According to the analysis on the traditional power quality pickup assembly, a power quality monitor and data storage system based on CAN bus is proposed. This system designs a fast data transmission platform which can transmit a tremendous amount of data reliably and realize efficiently data communication between the base station and host computer system. Meanwhile, the system can achieve large memory of data by externally enlarging the storage of hard drive with the U-disk read-write module. In addition, these modular circuits for data acquisition, phaselocked frequency multiplication and data communication are also given. The test results show that this system is feasible and all parameters satisfy the design requirements.
