丹红注射液治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床研究

Clinical study of Danhong injection on the treatment of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease

目的观察丹红注射液治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将120例冠心病稳定型心绞痛随机分为2组,对照组60例予西医常规治疗,治疗组60例在对照组的基础上加丹红注射液静脉滴注。2组均2周为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察2组心电图疗效、中医证候疗效、综合疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组心电图、中医证候及综合疗效总有效率分别为72.9%、76.3%、83.1%,均高于对照组61.0%、64.4%、72.9%(P<0.05);2组均无不良反应。结论丹红注射液治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection on the treatment of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods The one hundred and twenty patients with stable angina pectoris in CHD were randomized into treatment group and control group by 1∶1 ratio.The two groups received routine western medicine,and the treatment group received Danhong injection additionally.After 2 weeks treatment,the therapeutic effect on AP and electrocardiogram（ECG） was evaluated,and the changes of main symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group,the total therapeutic effect on comprehensive treatment,ECG and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was 83.1%,72.9% and 76.3% respectively,higher than 72.9%,61.0% and 64.4% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Danhong injection has certain therapeutic effect on stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.
