摘要
研究新显色剂二溴羧基偶氮氯膦与稀土元素Ho 及Er 的新显色反应体系, 生成蓝色络合物的λmax为650nm , 灵敏度高, 分别为1-10 ×105 及1-11 ×105 L·mol- 1·cm - 1 , Ho 及Er 含量在0 ~30μg/25ml 浓度范围内符合比尔定律。方法选择性高, 在磷酸介质中测定有广阔的适用性, 可用于铂合金( 王水溶样) 和银合金( 硝酸溶样)
The colour reaction system of holmium or erbium with a new chromogenic reagent dibromo-o-carboxychlorophosphonazo has been studied.Holmium or erbium reacts with the reagent forming a blue complex which has an absorpion maximum at 650nm with the apparent molar absorptivity is 1 10×10 5 or 1 11×10 5 L·mol -1 .cm -1 ,respectively.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~30μg/25ml for holmium or erbium.The coloration is sensitive and selectable.In phosphoric acid medium,the method has been applied to determine holmium,erbium in platinum-or silver-alloys.
