摘要
试样用王水溶解, 制成盐酸浓度为10 % ( ψ) 的溶液后用ICP- AES 法直接测定Au- RE 合金中0-01 % ~10 % 的RE, 测定结果的最大误差为9 % 。分离富集后测定可以降低相对分析下限。选择了合适的分析线, 研究了Au 及其他共存元素的干扰。方法准确、简便。
An ICP-AES method has been used to determine directly 0 01%~10% rare earth elements in gold-rare earth alloys after the sample was dissloved in aqua regia,then transtormed a 10%HCl(ψ)solution.The maximum deviation of analysing results was 9%.After separation and concentration,the relative analysis lower limit could be lowered.The optimum analysing bands have been selected,and interference from gold and other coexisting elements investigated.The method was accurate,simple and quick.
