摘要
本论文从成形磨削的特点出发,引出了三坐标计算机数字控制修整座轮方法,着重介绍以提高修整效率和修整精度的双圆弧平滑逼近成形磨轮轴向截形的优化方法。该方法也适用于其他零件的数控加工。
From the characteristics of formal grinding, the paper introduces the three-coordinate dress method by computer control, then the optindze method to approach axes section of formal wheel smoohly with double circular arc is desctibed in detail in order to increase dress efficiency and improve finishing precision. This method is well suited to numerical control machining for the other parts.
