摘要
分析了太原市人才队伍建设中的若干问题,从搭建高层次科技人才创新创业的平台、加大财政科技投入等方面提出了稳定科技人才队伍政策若干措施。
In this paper,the author analyzed problems in talents team construction in Taiyuan.Then,from aspects of building platform of technology talents entrepreneurship and increasing more financial input to technology,the author put forward measures of stabilizing technology talents.
