国外现代企业管理在国家服务机构中的成功运用——以平衡计分卡应用为例 被引量:1

摘要 企业追求经济效益及国家服务机构的非营利性并不能将二者的管理实质分离,相反,科学及社会进步进一步促使二者管理模式的通用性增强,以平衡计分卡为代表的先进管理工具在企业及国家服务机构的双方面成功,不仅是管理实践的一大进步,也是中国国家服务机构应该借鉴的。
